UP FEM, a Turkish Valorant team competing in the European region, has had a challenging first year in professional play. Since their debut in April 2022, they've participated in approximately 7 tournaments, achieving their best result of 4th place at REBELS #3 in June 2022, earning around $200 in prize money. Despite a string of consecutive losses early in their career, the team has shown flashes of potential, albeit without significant international success. They haven't yet secured any world ranking points and their overall win rate remains low (1 win out of 11 matches).

About team
Their tournament history includes participation in events like the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022 Game Changers EMEA Series 3 and multiple REBELS tournaments. While they consistently competed, they unfortunately didn't secure any top placements in the majority of these events. Their participation in these tournaments, however, provided valuable experience and exposure to a higher level of competition. This experience will hopefully help them improve their performance in the future.
The team has undergone several roster changes since its inception. While initially featuring players like Destina, dociless, Luie, Noodle, and Lexa, the current lineup consists of ESTEE, jadeql, and Aurora, all hailing from Turkey. In total, approximately 12 players have been part of the UP FEM roster throughout its history, showcasing a degree of roster instability.
In terms of regional ranking, UP FEM’s performance has fluctuated. They reached a high of 102nd in Europe in June 2022, but their ranking gradually declined, reaching a low of 176th by October 2022. They are currently unranked but their participation in various tournaments demonstrates their ongoing commitment to improving and competing within the European Valorant scene.
