DCRulz's competitive journey began in September 2021 with Optimistic Esports (OE), participating in the TEC Gauntlet S3. While this initial tournament didn't result in a prize, it marked the start of his professional career. He played alongside players like dhanesh, Shr0uD3k, Deathgods, TwiZzy, and InvokeR. His early experiences laid the foundation for his future success, honing his skills and exposing him to the competitive landscape of Valorant. His early performance allowed him to join other teams and continue developing his skills.

Throughout his career, DCRulz has represented a diverse range of teams, including Medal Esports (MDL), ROG Academy, Orangutan (OGS), Aster Army (AA), OR5, Badua Lipa (BL), and GGEZ. His most successful period has been with OGS, where he achieved most of his significant wins and high placements.
