Official: Jamppi transfers to Team Liquid

Former ENCE CS:GO Player Elias “Jamppi” Olkkonen has joined Team Liquid’s Valorant roster. He replaced Adam “ec1s” Eccles, the former in-game leader, who had left the team after Liquid’s early exit from the Champions Tour Europe Stage 1 tournament. As Jampii has never led a team before, someone else will have to pick up the leader role for Liquid.

I hope I can bring this team up to the new levels, and I think it's going to be very effective for us.

Adil “ScreaM” Benrlitom previously played Operator and Jett for the team that will now become Jamppi’s agent. ScreaM confirmed this switch shortly after the announcement, saying that he would become a Reyna main.

Jamppi left CS:GO for VALORANT after a legal battle with Valve concerning an allegedly false VAC ban. He sued Valve, demanding compensation for missed earnings and to lift the ban on his banned account, which he claims he lent to a friend and was not in his possession during the time of the ban.
