Smolder: We don't think Smolder has any underlying issues that make him long-term problematic (in terms of kit design), he's just a bit strong, and that's not allowing his weaknesses (weaker early game) to manifest.

- Hitting some of the more frustrating aspects (how escapable he is and W hitbox not quite matching visuals).

- Also hitting the scaling of the execute as it's performing a little too well right now.

Galio: Changes are a little tricky to get Galio onto more durable builds without overly buffing support who is much more reliant on actually engaging.

- We're trying to incentivize having him regularly get multiple passive procs into his combos to provide him with satisfying payouts for good spell usages.

- A lot of the tinkering here is to ensure that Mid lands stronger than Support.

- Support frequently maxes W, while Mid maxes Q (for example).

Briar: Briar has proven to be pretty powerful in lower skill brackets, but not as effective in higher ones.

- We're granting her a little more skill expression through being able to Q to wards, while reducing the effectiveness of her level 9 spike a little bit.

Ornn: As mentioned yesterday, we're looking at some buffs for each of the top farming tanks while still doing tech discovery on a more sustainable implementation of an Ornn item solution.

Q max second is a bit more powerful than E max, so we're trying to make them more situationally equivalent in power by buffing E's rank 1 value.
