Hwei build guide: skill order, best runes, items to buy. How to play Hwei, new League of Legends mage champion
Let's learn to paint.

Hwei is quite a complicated hero, so the impact of these changes is hard to predict. Most likely, Riot buffed him because the midlaner's winrate was only around 30% after the first 24 hours of play. However, the picture may change as the players get used to the new character. What's interesting is that Riot Games heavily nerfed him after release on PBE server, but now it seems that they did too much damage. The last champion, Briar, also had a poor winrate, got slightly buffed, but has only seen nerfs since then.
