League of Legends patch 13.18 will get Bard's abilities reworked
2023-09-03 15:54:00League of Legends developers are planning to rework Bard's abilities. The champion will have his Passive and W readjusted in the upcoming update 13.18. Riot Game's designer Maxwell "Yelough" Perlman announced the changes on Twitter.

- Spell now uses charges, maximum of 2
- Cooldown / Ammo Time: 14 -> 18
- Shrine Charge Time to Full Heal: 10 -> 5
- Shrine Movement Speed: 30% decaying over 1.5 seconds -> 20% + 2.5% per rank + 0.05 AP decaying over 1.5 seconds
Bard is already available on the PBE server. The release of champion will take place in patch 13.18, scheduled for September 13th. The final list of changes will appear on the official website the day before. Bryer, the new vampire jungler, will arrive with the same patch.
