Edward on FURIA’s goals: «I need to make something battleworthy here.» Exclusive

Legendary Russian ex-player Eduard «Edward» Abgaryan commented on his goals as a coach of FURIA. IEM Season VI champion decided to quit playing and became a full-time coach for the CBLOL side.

I do not have any specific goals for this split. Of course, every organization wants to win. We have a one-year plan to achieve some results. Get to top-4 at least. Last year, the team took seventh place in the league with eight teams. So I need to make something battleworthy here.

In CIS, people are more insular. Not everyone, of course. For example, BOSS and AHaHaCiK were communicative but only with the ones they wanted to. In Brasil, people are very communicative. We have a great team, and we are one. Everyone gets in on the act.
