Here's every team who qualified for Worlds 2022

The first organizations locked in for the League of Legends World Championship 2022 started to arrive. G2 Esports were the first on the board thanks to four slots that Europe got this year. As the Summer split playoffs are about to start in every region, more and more teams will get their Worlds slots.

We will keep you updated on the situation in this post. Note that the following list may have teams in Play-in that can later move to the group stage as the new results arrive.

League of Legends 2023 plans: next champion K'Sante and two more heroes, Aurelion Sol changes, jungling rework and Chemtech Drake return

Worlds 2022 will start in September in Mexico and later move to the USA. Twelve teams will participate in Play-in, with the four best advancing to the group stage. The initial prize pool of the tournament is $2,000,000. This year, there will be no LCL team after the league cancellation due to military actions in Ukraine.

  • Play-In: September 29 - October 4 at the Arena Esports Stadium at Artz Pedregal in Mexico City, Mexico
  • Group Stage: October 7-10 and October 13-16 at the Hulu Theater in Madison Square Garden in New York City
  • Quarterfinals: October 20-23 at the Hulu Theater in Madison Square Garden in New York City
  • Semifinals: October 29-30 at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia
  • Grand Final: November 5 at Chase Center in San Francisco, California
