Heroic and Aurora Gaming qualify for The International 2025 in their regions
2025-06-09 09:48:00Aurora Gaming and Heroic became the first teams to earn their spots at The International 2025 through regional qualifiers. The former beat the opponents in Eastern Europe while the latter won the competition in South America.
In EEU, Aurora beat the new Solo's team, Cyber Goose, in the grand final with a 3:0 score. NAVI lost the lower bracket final and failed to get to TI for the fifth time in a row.
In SA, Heroic bested Edge with a score of 3:1, after losing the winners' final against them earlier. KJ and his teammates also knocked out OG.LATAM.
The International 2025 will be held from September 4 to 14 on LAN in Germany. The prize pool of the tournament is unknown. The next regional qualifiers for TI14 will be held in North America and China. Each region competes for one spot at the tournament.
