No[o]ne makes tier list of new neutral Items of patch 7.38

Parivision midlaner Volodymyr "No[o]ne" Minenko built a tier list of the remade Neutral Items in Dota 2. He highly rated Mana Draught, Gale Guard, and Serrated Shiv. The list was posted on the organization's Telegram channel.

No[o]ne's neutral item tier list in patch 7.38

S-tier: Mana Draught, Gale Guard, Serrated Shiv
A-tier: Pyrrhic Cloak, Searing Signet
B-tier: Gunpowder Gauntlet, Crippling Crossbow
C-tier: Ripper's Lash, Pollywog Charm, Unrelenting Eye, Magnifying Monocle

Parivision's post said No[o]ne rated the items of patch 7.38, but it was posted on March 7, several days after the patch 7.38b release. The update changed almost all of the listed items except Magnifying Monocle. More about the patch changes is available here.

No[o]ne and Parivision aren't participating in the ongoing PGL Wallachia S3. Their next event will be FISSURE Universe Episode 4. The online tournament with $500k in the prize pool will start on March 22.
