Yatoro and Collapse win DreamLeague S25, their first trophy since return to Team Spirit

Team Spirit defeated Tundra Esports in the postponed grand final of DreamLeague S25. The final score of the bo5 series was 3:2.

The match was split between two dates. The first three games were played on March 2. The fourth one was canceled due to DDoS-like attacks on Spirit's players via a Steam exploit. The team had a significant advantage when the last game was stopped.

The remaining games were played on March 4. It started with Tundra's victory in a 26-minute long match, bringing the score to 2:2. The deciding clash resolved in Spirit's favor. They took an early lead and built upon their advantage.

This is the first victory for Team Spirit after the reunion with Yatoro and Collapse. The squad haven't lifted a trophy since June 2024. On the other side, this is the first loss for Tundra after the addition of Anton "Dyrachyo" Shkredov. Despite a very successful start to the season, recent rumors suggest the carry may leave the team in the near future.

Arteezy or Crystallis might replace dyrachyo on Tundra

DreamLeague Season 25 was held online from February 16 to March 4. The million-dollar prize pool was split among 16 participants. Team Spirit earned $250k and 4,620 EPT points. This result lifted them to the second place in ESL's ranking, next after Parivision.
