Ame, XinQ, and Paparazzi register new team, Faith_Bian and NTS reportedly join xiao8 Rumors
2024-11-09 03:26:00Chinese professional Dota 2 scene is likely undergoing its own delayed reshuffle. According to Dota 2 registration page, Xtreme Gaming lost their star Wang "Ame" Chunyu. Meanwhile, Chalice shared a rumor about xiao8 building a squad with NothingToSay and Bach. This information was reported by CN Dota In a Nutshell on X.
Ame is registered for a new team called Gaozu. The lineup features XinQ, Paparazi (shown as Kikyo), JT-, and Dy. Chalice believes this is an experimental roster. Xtreme Gaming previously played in DreamLeague S24 with two stand-ins, and their only remaining players now are Xm and Xxs.

According to Chalice, Xiao8 assembles a lineup with NothingToSay, Faith_Bian, y', and Shiro. The latter duo is still under contract with LGD, and it's unclear whether they will continue playing under that banner. Chalice is not aware of the last piece of the puzzle.
Previously, Lu "Somnus` M" Yao hinted at a possible return. The midlaner might cooperate with some stack to try and qualify for ESL One Bangkok 2024. The event will be the last LAN this year before winter break.
