Boxi: "I want to continue winning, like Secret during those several months when they've been beating everyone" Interview

We do not have the best period right now [laughs]. I feel like I did not play very well in TI13, but we were on top as a team. For example, I played better in Singapore [at TI11], but we weren't the best. But now we finally beat everyone.
It's nice to know you were so much better than anyone else. There are no doubts about whether we got lucky or not, you know.
Boxi was asked what the next goal would be after winning TI13. The support hopes they can turn into a dominant team that can win several tournaments in a row.
I need a new goal now. My first goal was to not play Dota, at least for a while and I managed to do it [laughs]. That's the first checkpoint. I want to continue winning, like Secret, during those several months when they've been beating everyone. It would be great to win more than just one tournament.
To get another TI trophy would be super great. I think that every tournamentt has a certain amount of luck involved, depending on the meta, the patch. You know what's best for you and what's best for other teams. TI13 appeared to be non-ideal for us, but still pretty good. But the next one might be terrible [laughs]. Who knows? So I guess the current goal is to establish dominance.
Team Liquid's TI13 run wasn't perfect, but they didn't lose a single map in the playoffs. They also broke the losing streak against Gaimin Gladiators in the grand finals. The team is now playing in the second group stage of DreamLeague S24. After the loss to Spirit, they're about to face Falcons in the second match.
