Puppey arrives to The International 2024 Photo

Puppey fails the qualifiers for The International for a second time in a row despite being a grand finalist of TI in 2022. That time, he got through the Last Chance stage, which was never featured at any other TI. Puppey attended every event of the series before that.
Team Secret captain remains one of TI veterans, playing in the tournament 11 times. Only Tal "Fly" Aizik has managed to repeat his achievement. This year, he got to The International with nouns but was knocked out in early stage of playoffs.
The International 2024 runs from September 4 to 15, with 16 participating teams. The current prize pool is $2.5 mln. This the first TI in history to be held in Europe with a live crowd since the very first one staged in Cologne. Puppey won it with NAVI, defeating EHOME in the grand final.
