New Enchantress bug crashes servers in Dota 2 Video
2024-08-08 10:14:00Team Spirit analyst Mark "sikle" Lerman has reported on a new bug in Dota 2. It allows to take down the server via an interaction between Enchantress's Aghanim's Scepter ability and Tormentor. He shared this on Telegram, with a clip demonstrating the issue.
How to crash the server:
1. Take Enchantress.
2. Buy Aghanim's Scepter.
3. Wait until 20:00 and go to the Tormentor.
4. Stack Ancient Creeps nearby and use the Aghanim's ability on the Tormentor.
That's it. You are a dirty criminal. They say it works with Winter Wyvern, too.
As of writing, the Enchantress glitch is marked as unresolved on Valve's bug tracker. On August 3, the developers fixed various issues that arrived with the release of patch 7.37. That included Lone Driud's infinite gold glitch and Phantom Lancer's illusions not benefitting from the new facet. That didn't help the hero who remains one of the worst characters of this update.
