Dataminers find mentions of autographs and voicelines for TI13 Rumors

Valve already revealed the prize pool of The International 2024. As always, the starting point is $1.6 million. The developers didn't announce any in-game events related to the event so far. But earlier another dataminer discovered a line that suggest there will be some kind of activity.
At the beginning of July, Team Spirit's manager Dmitry "Korb3n" Belov shared a rumor that Valve is going to release team bundles for TI13 participants. Previously, those were used in DPC leagues, which were cancelled in 2024, and at TI12.
The International 2024 will be held from September 4 to 15 in Copenhagen. All the competitors are already determined. The complete list is available below.
