Streamer Oleksandr "XBOCT" Dashkevich spoke about the end of NAVI's first Dota 2 roster, which won the very first The International. According to him, the decline began after the arrival of Kuro "KuroKy" Takhasomi. XBOCT shared this on stream but didn't go into detail.

Did Puppey pressure the team? Not really. We actually had a dream lineup before KuroKy joined. He ruined everything. Otherwise, it was really cool. We really were a team, always had fun, and then some intrigues began and so on.
