Nine will play for Falcons at PGL Wallachia instead of Marl1ne

Team Falcons announced that Leon "Nine" Kirilin will be playing with the team at PGL Wallachia S1 instead of Stanislav "Malr1ne" Potorak. The latter couldn't attend the event due to visa issues.

Nine played with most of the team before: as a part of Tundra Esports, him, Jingjun "Sneyking" Wu and Oliver "skiter" Lepko won The International 2022. At the end of 2023 Kirilin took an indefinite break, which is still going at the moment. PGL Wallachia S1 will be the first event for the player since TI12.

For Malr1ne this is not the first time he has issues with visa. He missed the first day of ESL One Birmingham 2024, but managed to join the team after that. Back then, Sumail "SumaiL" Hassan played instead of him.

Potorak won't be the only one missing PGL Wallachia S1, as the event is plagued with visa issues. Two teams, Tundra and Blacklist International, will miss the event, just like Erin Jasper "Yopaj" Ferrer.
