Vici Gaming loses its slot in DPC 2023. Team didn't register new roster

Vici Gaming has lost its slot in the DPC CN 2023 2nd Division as they did not submit a roster for the Summer Tour before the transfer window closed. This was announced by the tournament organizers on Weibo.

On the Dota 2 registration website, currently, VG lists only one player, suzakyN. Their slot in the league will go to the team that takes third place in the closed qualifier. After VG's drop down to Division 2, the team owner went online and claimed he would disband the roster if they wouldn't make it to TI12.
