Legion Commander and Alyx voice actress appears in TLoU adapation
2023-01-16 16:09:00Merle Dandridge, who gave her voice to Legion Commander and Winter Wyvern in Dota 2, played the role of Marlene in the recent The Last of Us series. She became the only actress who participated in both the video game and TV show, playing the same character.
Mostly known for TV series, in video games, Merle is most famous for voicing Alyx Vance in Half-Life 2 games. You could also hear her in Uncharted 4: A Thief's End and Hitman 3.
The first episode of the long-awaited adaptation of Last of Us came out on January 15. Featuring Pedro Pascal (The Mandalorian, Narcos) and Bella Ramsey (Game of Thrones), the show was a hit with critics and viewers alike. Almost every aggregator on the web gives it over 9 points out of 10.
