PGL confirms Virtus.pro getting its name back from Outsiders

The International 2022 Last Chance qualifier organizer PGL shared a schedule of the event. In it Virtus.pro Dota 2 team is displayed under its original tag instead of Outsiders.

The team got its name back in Dota 2 team system on September 19, but it wasn't clear if this was a technical error or an oversight. In a comment for Escorenews, Virtus.pro claimed that all of its rosters "can and will compete exclusively under the Virtus.pro tag", and now we see an official confirmation of this statement in Dota 2.

The CS:GO side of things might be confirmed on September 27, when ESL Pro League S16 playoff will start. VP roster got there after taking third place in group B.

Virtus.pro was forced to compete under a neutral flag and tag Outsiders after the start of conflict in Ukraine. The team was part of the holding, which belonged to the company, connected to the sanctioned individual. After the new CEO and investor Aram Karamanukyan was announced, the team disappeared from ESforce Holding's list of assets.
