Ukrainian analyst reveals why Save- left Virtus.pro Rumors

Ukrainian analyst Yevhen "Sh4dowehhh" Alekseiev spoke with Bogdan "Iceberg" Vasilenko on Twitch and shared some insights about former Virtus.pro player Vitalie "Save-" Melnic. According to his words, the support left because he didn't believe in a team's future with some players, like Dmitry "DM" Dorokhin.

Iceberg: Why did Save- leave Virtus.pro?

Sh4dowehhh: Because he didn't see any prospects, for example, with DM.
Iceberg: Is this a leak or something?

Sh4dowehhh: I can't tell you where I got this. I can reveal it for you off record. I know it from VP, but I can't tell who told me that right now.

On Nightfall in Evil Geniuses

I think Nightfall is the best player in that team [EG], better than anyone. He is talented and all that stuff, and he is always in good form. He never was in a shitty form. He is a talented guy who thought that Evil Geniuses are a decent team. I can say why he thought so. I've been at TI10 and saw Nightfall speaking with Bulba every day. And Bulba is a very persuasive kind of guy.

Nightfall and Save- left Virtus.pro after The International 2021, despite achieving 5-6th place after losing to the eventual champions Team Spirit. Nightfall moved to EG, but Save- didn't find any team. He is still listed as an inactive VP player and didn't play professionally since then.
