Virtus.pro players got USA visas, RAMZES needs to renew

Outsiders (Virtus.pro) players shared their situation with PGL Dota 2 Major Arlington 2022 attendance. Their support Egor "Xakoda" Lipartiya said all the players successfully obtained visas. He wasn't sure about Roman "RAMZES" Kushnarev status, but the carry said he is in the process of making it.

He previously played for Evil Geniuses squad, but that visa already expired. The USA is infamous for regular visa issues in esports, and because of the current geopolitical situation, there are additional concerns regarding Russian players' papers.

The European-based Entity Gaming is risking to play with a stand-in because their Russian support Kataomi didn't pass the interview. Previous Major in Stockholm had Mind Games missing the event as they didn't obtain visas in time.

Outsiders took first place at the DPC Tour 3, beating Natus Vincere and Team Spirit in tiebreakers. All these teams are flying to Arlington to fight for a $500,000 prize pool and DPC Points. Team Spirit has good chances of qualifying for TI11 at the event, while NAVI and Outsiders must go deep in the playoffs to do it.
