Ana to stand in for MATUMBAMAN at Riyadh Masters 2022

Anathan "ana" Pham will temporarily replace Lasse "MATUMBAMAN" Urpalainen in Team Liquid at Riyadh Masters 2022. The relevant information is displayed on the spreadsheet by the tournament's operators.

Ana will not be the only stand-in at the event. Nikita "Daxak" Kuzmin will play for Tundra instead of 33, while Royal Never Give Up will field their coach Super instead of Ghost. The local team, Deboosters, will replace Funn1k with PuckChamp' Malik.

This will be ana's debut after over a year-long break. The Australian carry hadn't played since May 2021, when he competed for OG. His last match was against Liquid in the DPC. The team qualified for the following TI10 with SumaiL.

Riyadh Masters 2022 will be held from July 20 to 24 on LAN in the capital of Saudi Arabia. The teams will compete for a $4 million prize pool, and the champion will earn $1.5 million.

JerAx confirms coaching Liquid: "Every day I feel there is something new, new set of tools I have to learn and master"
