23savage to stand-in for BOOM Esports for remaining DPC SEA League

BOOM Esports will play with Nuengnara ‘23savage’ Teeramahanon as a stand-in. He replaces Andrew ‘Drew’ Halim for their final games of the first 2021 DPC season. Thai player 23savage joins BOOM as the first non-Indonesian player to compete for the club since it was founded in 2017.

For now, BOOM Esports is competing in the upper division of the SEA regional league. The team is sitting in the fifth spot with two wins and three losses. 23savage will make his debut in the SEA League on February 17. BOOM should win at least two series to secure a chance to secure a Singapore Major spot.

23savage was about to compete in DPC with Vici Gaming but the Chinese organization dropped him in January due to travel restrictions caused by COVID-19.
