M0NESY and NiKo get crowded by Chinese fans in airport of Shanghai before RMR Video
2024-11-19 10:54:00G2 Esports stars Ilya "m0NESY" Osipov and Nikola "NiKo" Kovac arrived to China to participate in European RMR for Shanghai Major 2024. Upon landing, they were surrounded by local CS2 fans who wanted the players to give their signatures.
Both NiKo and m0NESY posted videos of the interaction on social media, and it seems that both spend some time handing out the autographs. Someone also gave the Bosnian some flowers.
G2 debuts in European RMR B on November 21. In the first match, they'll play against NiP. The game is scheduled to start at 5:00 CET. Earlier, Vitality and MOUZ secured Major spots at the Major in the RMR A.
G2 Esports arrive as one of the favorites after winning BLAST World Final 2024 in Singapore. This is probably NiKo and m0NESY's last tournament together, as the Bosnian will most likely leave to Falcons after the Major. However, there's no clear favorite at this event, as every top team had their ups and downs, even NAVI with their recent grand final streak.
