S1mple loses debut tournament with Falcons, shows best performance on his team

Falcons with CS2 star Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev dropped out of Thunderpick World Championship 2024. They didn't win a single map against 3DMAX and Virtus.pro and were eliminated from the event.

The Ukrainian was the best player on the team. He finished the event with 1.17 HLTV rating, averaged 90 damage per round and 84 kills per round. His performance has been tanked by poor showing on Anubis. The superstar rarely played this map in officials before, and only once in CS2.
