Jump height inconsistency has been an issue since day one in CS2. After a while, players found a workaround via "de-subtick" binds that allowed reliable movement. On August 20, Valve banned multi-task scripts, including these scripts, and they no longer work in-game, which brought back the old issue.

Earlier, G2 star Nikola "NiKo" Kovac commented on playing without jumpthrow binds. He seems to be happy with nades' behavior. The rifler even praised manual throws for their consistency compared to CS:GO.
