Neymar: "CS2 is trash... too much cheaters"
2024-08-04 12:55:00Brazilian star footballer Neymar da Silva Santos Júnior complained that CS2 has too many cheaters. According to his social media posts, he has been encountering them in the past few days.
The athlete posted a video in which he and the whole team were killed by a cheater with a scout in a matter of seconds. "I just wanted to play a game to relax. Valve, help us," Neymar shared on X. A day later, he posted a follow-up tweet: "CS2 is trash... too many cheaters."
Neymar is a massive fan of Counter-Strike. He has been watching the tournaments, playing at a relatively high skill level, and celebrating goals with CS references. The Brazilian star supports FURIA. Recently, he was spotted cheering for the roster at Esports World Cup 2024 in Riyadh.
Cheating is considered a massive issue in high-elo games in CS2. In May 2024, Valve reportedly banned tens of thousands of cheaters. That VAC wave was the biggest since 2019.
