G2 and Stewie2K win at IEM Dallas 2024 is shown in ESL's second episode of Field of View
2024-08-02 17:20:00ESL released the second episode of their new YouTube series, Field of View. This video was dedicated to G2 Esports and their victory at IEM Dallas 2024 with Jake "Stewie2K" Yip as a stand-in.
The episode showed some behind-the-scenes of played rounds with communication between the players, putting most focus on the grand final against Vitality. This is a rare opportunity to see their coaches Wiktor "TaZ" Wojtas and Remy "XTQZZZ" Quoniam at work, and for Stewie2K fans, to hear him speaking in-game, since he was absent for two years.
G2 Esports won IEM Dallas 2024 on June 2, beating Vitality with a score of 2:1 in the grand final. M0NESY received his second career MVP award for his performance. The first episode of Field of View was about donk and his insane debut at his first big event, IEM Katowice 2024.
Stewie2K replaced the team IGL Rasmus "HooXi" Nielsen, who skipped the tournament to attend his sister's wedding. The Dane played only one event after that and was replaced with Snax during the summer break.
