Jame on wishes for CS2: "I'd like to receive more money after saving, but overall I don't have any"

Virtus.pro captain Dzhami "Jame" Ali commented on the pro-scene swap to CS2. In the latest team's vlog, he mostly focused on out-of-the-game issues, such as traveling and comfort conditions. He said there's nothing in CS2 that would piss him off and joked that he'd like to receive more money for saving rounds.

What do I expect from CS2 as a pro player? Obviously, a comfort boost in all aspects, from flights to event food. The current situation is also decent, I'm okay with it. The schedule and tournaments are also fine for me. There are Majors, they are the key events. When you have access to them, that's okay.

There are many things I'd like to change, but none that would piss me off and make me feel down. Everything is within the normal limits. Other than that, I'd like to get more money for saving, but overall I don't have any other wishes.

Jame also did a quick recap of his career in CS:GO. He wondered what his life would be like if he didn't start a professional career in Valve's game.

What did CS give me? Money, media brand, sickness, wasted time, some positive and negative emotions. I want to believe there were more good than bad things. It's unclear what my life would be like [without it]. Maybe I'd be sitting in an office or swimming, I don't know. A million outcomes that could happen to me. We will never know about them.

Jame enters the CS2 era as a twice Major finalist with one trophy won at IEM Rio Major 2022. He is known as a very hard-working IGL, one of a few who can both lead a team and post good numbers with an AWP.

At their last CS:GO LAN, Jame and his men didn't do too well, as they lost to 9z in the first round of EPL S18 playoffs. The next stop for VP is the online CS2 event, Roobet Cup 2023. Their offline debut in the new game will happen at FireLeague Global Finals 2023 in Barcelona. The $150,000 LAN kicks off on November 8.

Jame: "CS2 might become the best game I've ever played. You only need to fix micro, mechanical issues, all sorts of freezes, strafing and spray shooting"
