M0NESY: "I think you're playing even better when you're sick" Interview

G2 Esports sniper Ilya "m0NESY" Osipov spoke about Nikola "NiKo" Kovac's performance in the ESL Pro League Season 18 group final. The player fell ill on the first day of the tournament but still played better than anyone else. M0NESY thinks these things are related.

He is sick right now. He got sick before the game, and I think he is playing better when he is sick. <...> I have an opinion that when you're sick, or you get cold or something, you're playing even better than when you're healthy. I don't know, [it seems like] you're pretty focused. You don't care if you make a mistake or something like that. You're doing some stuff, and you know it's going to work. I don't know how it [works].

M0NESY also confessed he hadn't tried CS2 beta matchmaking yet. He is confident Valve will not release the game on September 27 but rather open beta testing for everyone.
