HeatoN acquires major stake in GODSENT
2022-11-14 15:22:00Counter-Strike legend, Emil "HeatoN" Christensen became a major stakeholder in GODSENT and co-CEO of the Swedish organization. His addition was revealed via a joke video, where Emil is portrayed as "the savior" of the company.
EH will become the fourth co-CEO, alongside Markus "pronax" Wallsten, Ludwig Sandgren, and Henrik Denebrandt.
Godsent is blessed to present Emil "Heaton" Christensen as the new CEO of the organisation. Heaton has become a partner and major shareholder in the company and will work besides its founder Ludwig Sandgren in running the business and spearhead the CSGO division.
GODSENT is currently looking like an inactive organization. Previously they had rosters across eight disciplines, but now seemingly have none, according to Liquipedia. The club was founded with a CS:GO division, which remained their main focus until recently. Their latest Brazilian lineup with TACO transferred in June to 00 Nation.
HeatoN is one of the oldest esports stars whose career started back in 2000. He retired as a pro in 2007, transitioning to coaching in NiP. Most of his follow-up career went under that tag as well. Emil was their manager for six years during CS:GO times.
