Vitality outlasts BIG in a nailbiter elimination game, FaZe goes to playoffs

Vitality survived BIG in a very close elimination bo3 that went all three maps at the PGL Major Antwerp 2022 Legends stage. The series ended in overtime on Nuke.

After an easy victory on Mirage, Vitality started weak on Vertigo. Despite coming back from a 4-11 first half, they didn’t close the map in overtime. The following Nuke was just as close as the previous map. Zonic’s behavior during one of the most important clutches speaks for itself.

At the same time, FaZe made it through to the playoffs defeating Copenhagen Flames. Karrigan’s squad gave their map pick away but then robbed CPHF of their own. Deciding Mirage ended up with a one-way dominance of the superteam.

NiP also qualified for playoffs. The Swedes bested FURIA, giving away only 12 rounds in a bo3.
