Gambit acquire F_1N as a head coach

Gambit has confirmed that Ivan "F_1N" Kochugov returns to the coaching role following the expiry of his nine-month ESIC ban. A ban was handed out to him following the spectator bug scandal in September 2020, along with 36 other coaches who also abused the bug.

F_1N became the team`s analyst, the head coach position was acquired by Gambit CEO and former pro-player Konstantin "groove" Pikiner. During that period Gambit rose to the top of the Counter-Strike world, going from No. 15 to the No. 1 spot in the world ranking.

F_1N remains permanently banned for Valve events, including the final CIS RMR event and major. Gambit have stated that groove will substitute Kochugov as head coach for these tournaments.
