Ethan leaves Evil Geniuses and switches to Valorant

Professional CS:GO player Ethan "Ethan" Arnold has parted ways with Evil Geniuses, the organization announced today. He’s joining the 100 Thieves Valorant roster replacing Quan "dicey" Tran, who has been moved down to the inactive roster.

Before joining Evil Geniuses in late 2019, Ethan competed with NRG Esports and eUnited. He has helped EG to win ESL One: Cologne 2020 Online - North America and the BLAST Premier: Spring 2020 American finals.

I will be leaving CS and officially moving over to Valorant starting today. I've met many people through CS that I can now call friends and I'm extremely grateful for that. I've also made unforgettable memories that some people could only dream of experiencing. The one thing I ask is if you've supported me this long, you follow me into the next chapter of my career and I promise I will not let you down. I'm excited for this new challenge and I can't wait to give it my all over at 100Thieves.

100 Thieves last came out on top in the First Strike North America in December of 2020, but the team has had a bit of a rough time finding the podium since then.
